5" Type 41 Abrasive Flat Cut-off Wheel for Metal Steel Cutting
Introduction:
1. This product is made from fiber glass and resin as reinforcing abrasive material and is features high tensile strength, resistance and bending resistance strengths and is widely used for the blanking of metal non metal production. Cutting of full-materials, thick-walled tubes, profiles and steel sheets.
2. Medium-hard with long life and cool, rapid cutting.
1) 41A for cutting of ordinary metals, carbon steel, steel alloy and hard bronze etc
2) 41C for cutting of concrete, stone, leather cast iron, brass etc
3) 41WA for cutting of stainless steel, precious metals such as steel alloy
4) T41 type,color inner and outer box packing
5) European Standard, 2 high quality nets
6) Appropriate for Angle Grinder, Circular Saw, Masonry Saw
7) Maximum circumferential speed: 80 m/s (depending on rpm and disc diameter)
8) Main Material: A Grade Brown Aluminium Oxide, two layer glass fibres, one bushing ring, two pieces of black papers (including one label)

Warning:
Use of this product on any machine not properly designed and guarded for a cut-off wheel may result in serious injury. Under no circumstances should this cut-off wheel be used on a Pistol Grip Air Sander. Never exceed the maximum operating speed marked on the wheel. Do not twist, apply side pressure or otherwise grind with the side of a cut-off wheel as it may break. Never abuse or drop wheel. Always wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work. Refer to OSHA and ANSI B7.1, Safety Guide.
